While we don’t offer returns, our biggest priority is ensuring that you’re happy with your Makr experience. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us via our support form with your order number and issue at hand so we can help.
Please note: You may cancel an order within the hour after it was submitted. Upon order submission, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes the time window for order cancellation. You can cancel an order from the app Menu in your Order History section. When you successfully cancel an order, you’ll see an immediate confirmation notification and will receive an email confirmation shortly after.
